The Cosmetology Lab would like to present:
The Teacher

Ms. Kristen Viers has been in the teaching field for six years. She says she's excited about her opportunity to work with future cosmetologists. "Working with the youth of today is not only rewarding but a great honor."

A graduate of Stow-Munroe Falls High School, Viers-Bowers is a completer of the Cosmetology Career Program at Roosevelt High School in Kent, offered through the Six District Compact. She has worked in the industry for 15 years, and has trained through Vidal Sassoon in California and currently works at Di Bellezza Day Spa in Stow.

Mrs. Viers Bowers says that she loves teaching Cosmetology students because "I enjoy connecting their everyday lives to what they are learning in the lab and classroom," and, "students have an amazing enthusiasm and uncharted creativity that flourishes in this ever-changing and artistic industry."
